چکیده
Abstract Traumatic brain injury and other neurological disorders continue to affect many worldwide demand further research. It has been shown that electrical signaling ion channel flow dynamics are disrupted over the course of a traumatic as well disorders. However, typical devices used measure from suffer complexity, high expense, poor spacial temporal resolution, low signal noise ratios. Graphene emerged an economical simple alternative sensing ionic signals in variety biological situations. This material power due its excellent strength, conductivity, biocompatibility. review paper focuses on advantages different graphene-based electronic how these being developed into biosensors capable neuronal activity electrically excitable cells.

Graphene versus Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes for Electrochemical Glucose Biosensing
: A simple procedure was developed for the fabrication of electrochemical glucose biosensors using glucose oxidase (GOx), with graphene or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Graphene and MWCNTs were dispersed in 0.25% 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and drop cast on 1% KOH-pre-treated glassy carbon electrodes (GCEs). The EDC (1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide)-activated GOx...

متن کاملElectrically controlled adsorption of oxygen in bilayer graphene devices.
We investigate the chemisorptions of oxygen molecules on bilayer graphene (BLG) and its electrically modified charge-doping effect using conductivity measurement of the field effect transistor channeled with BLG. We demonstrate that the change of the Fermi level by manipulating the gate electric field significantly affects not only the rate of molecular adsorption but also the carrier-scatterin...
متن کاملOntogeny of electrically excitable cells in cultured olfactory epithelium.
A primary system has been developed in which it is possible to study the production of electrically excitable neuron-like cells from a precursor population of olfactory epithelial cells. Rat nasal epithelium was dissociated and placed in culture. The initial surviving cells are flat and ciliated and contain glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). After 3-5 days electrically excitable cells appe...
